The legend, the one and only Rob Schneider joined Mai Morning Crew for a chat.
Just last week, it was announced that Adam Sandler's Happy Gilmore is getting a sequel and it's now in the works.
The fan favourite 'You Can Do It'' - Rob's iconic line from the 1998 film 'The Waterboy' continues to appear frequently in Adam Sandler's films or should we say Sandleverse. So we had to ask if he will be a part of the recently announced sequel - Happy Gilmore 2.
"He's (Adam Sandler) trynna find something for me. He called me and said, 'what do you think I should do? I don't know....' and I said 'yeah you should do it'. And he said 'okay I wanna find something for you'."
So we will take that as a yes!
Rob also revealed if he's sick of his iconic line' 'You Can Do It'.
He explained, "It's just like a - you know when you get sick of a certain kind of coffee and you go 'I can't have that again' and then you miss it. "
"Tastes really good, and then you wanna throw up after a while, that's what I feel about people yelling 'You can do it'."
Rob Schneider is making his way to Aotearoa for his show 'Rob Schneider Live' which is going down next month June 12 at the SkyCity Theatre, Auckland.
