WATCH: Māori singer's unreal audition on 'The Voice AU' has the judges fighting over her

Jaedyn Randell went out there and said 'this is how it's done!'

Māori singer Jaedyn Randell absolutely smashed her audition on ‘The Voice Australia’, leading to massive power move by one of the judges.

The 23-year-old blew everyone away with her next-level vocals on Jessie J’s track ‘Big White Room’. From the get go, judges Guy Sebastian, Adam Lambert and Kate Miller-Heidke had their hands hovering over their buttons, just waiting for the perfect moment to turn.

Kate was the first to turn at Jaedyn's powerful note. Once she locked eyes with Jaedyn, Kate melted into her seat, looking mesmerised by the Kiwi.

It took all of five seconds before the Guy and Adam followed suit, and the game was on to snag Jaedyn’s talent for their team.

The crowd erupted into a cheer as Jaedyn got a standing ovation from the judges, complete with a drop the shoe moment from Adam.

“I threw my shoe at you, I don’t know if you’re familiar, it’s a very ‘your amazing’… you’re voice it’s nuts,” Adam told Jaedyn. “You have range for stratosphere, it’s unbelievable.”

“I think you could win this whole competition. I had goosebumps the whole time,” Kate added.

When it came to crunch time, and Jaedyn was set to make her decision, little did she know it was going to be made for her in a major move by Kate.

The Aussie judge, pulled out her one and only ‘Ultimate Block’, giving no chance for her fellow judges to convince Jaedyn to join their team.

And she was slick with it, too. By pretending to trip and slip her hand onto the button, Kate secured Jaedyn a spot alongside her in the competition.

If Jaedyn sounds familiar, you might’ve heard her as the beautiful voice behind the 2017 te reo Māori version of Disney's ‘Moana’.

And just last week, Jaedyn sang the New Zealand national anthem at the All Blacks clash against Argentina at Auckland’s Eden Park.

Kiwis have been calling her “the best” to ever do it, so you know we’re backing her all the way through ‘The Voice AU.’

Go smash it, gal!
